Top Shield Security can be key-holder for premises protected by an intruder alarm, taking the responsibility and risks of responding to any incident away from a client employee.
Key holding service avoids potential personal risks and stress to client staff. Key holding also removes the possibility of them committing a driving offence, or requiring time off in lieu or paid overtime, after responding to alarm activation.
A Top Shield Security response officer attends the premises quickly, dealing with any incident themselves or contacting the emergency services where necessary. The officer remains on site for as long as required.
We provide a written report on any activation within hours of the incident.
